At Go4Shop.eu, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy is designed to comply with EU consumer protection laws and ensure a transparent return process.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)
Under EU consumer rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement sent to: support@go4shop.eu.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Clean and free from signs of wear, pet hair, or smoke.
Note: We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
3. Return Shipping Costs
In accordance with our policy, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not accept returns sent with “Cash on Delivery” (COD) charges.

Please do not send returns to our Estonian legal office, as they cannot process physical goods.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., beauty products, certain wearable items).
- Goods that have been personalized or made to order.
- Digital goods once the download or activation has started.
- Items showing significant signs of use or misuse.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos or video evidence of the packaging and the product to: support@go4shop.eu.
