Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights), you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made at go4shop.eu within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

3. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree to bear this cost.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable).
4. Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
5. Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@go4shop.eu. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
