1. Shipping Destinations & Costs
We currently focus on serving customers in Sweden and throughout the European Union.
- Shipping Cost (Sweden): Free Shipping on all orders.
- Other EU Destinations: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Sweden: 4–7 business days.
- Other EU Countries: 5–10 business days.
Please note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time. While we aim to meet these estimates, external factors such as carrier delays or customs inspections are outside our control.
4. Shipping Origin
To offer a wide range of products at competitive prices, we ship directly from our strategic European logistics partners (including BigBuy) located in Spain and Germany. This allows us to ensure that all products meet EU quality standards and are delivered without additional customs duties for EU residents.
5. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, we will provide a tracking link via email. You can monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
6. Delivery Issues & Damaged Parcels
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@go4shop.eu with photos of the packaging and product.
