Refund and Returns Policy

This policy follows EU consumer rules while maintaining clear and fair conditions for returns.

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    EU customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. A written request must be sent to info@go4shop.eu.
  2. Condition of Returned Items
    Items must be unused, undamaged, complete, clean and returned with original packaging and all accessories. Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of unnecessary handling. Returns may be declined if the product cannot be resold.
  3. Bundles and Sets
    Products sold as sets must be returned as a full set. Partial returns cannot be accepted.
  4. Return Shipping
    Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Cash-on-delivery returns cannot be accepted.
  5. Refund Processing
    Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refund amounts may be adjusted if the product shows wear, marks or missing components.
  6. Items Not Eligible for Return
    Non-returnable items include opened hygiene products, goods damaged by misuse or moisture, items exposed to pets, smoke or dirt, missing components, activated digital goods and products showing significant wear.
  7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    Any damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with photos or video evidence.
  8. Misuse or Abuse
    We may limit or refuse returns in cases of frequent return misuse, suspicious activity or fraud.
