Distance Agreement

This Distance Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms that apply between Go4Shop (go4shop.eu), operated by PreisDepot OÜ (“Seller”), and the customer (“Buyer”) when goods are ordered remotely through the Go4Shop online store, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
1. Formation of the Contract
A binding sales contract is formed once the Seller confirms the Buyer’s order by email, following successful payment. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
2. Products, Prices and Availability
All products are described and priced in Euro (EUR), inclusive of applicable VAT. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual item. Availability is confirmed with our supplier after the order is placed; if a product cannot be supplied, the Buyer will be notified and offered a full refund or an alternative.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment partner at the time of ordering. Accepted methods are shown at checkout. The order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
4. Delivery
Go4Shop delivers to all EU member states. Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days from confirmation of payment and stock availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, the Buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by notifying the Seller in writing (email is sufficient). Goods must be returned without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, in their original condition and packaging where possible. 6. Refunds
Where a withdrawal is valid, the Seller will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal or of receiving the returned goods, whichever is later. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranty and Conformity
All products benefit from the statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. Should a product prove defective within this period, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, or a refund, subject to applicable law.
8. Liability
The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law. The Seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the Buyer’s country of residence. Disputes should first be raised directly with the Seller. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
