These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Go4Shop website (go4shop.eu) and purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all purchases made through go4shop.eu by consumers and businesses located within the European Union. We do not sell to customers outside the EU.

2. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary slightly. We will confirm product availability after your order is placed and payment received. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or substitute.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment provider Mollie:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna (Pay Later)
  • Bank Transfer (SEPA)
  • Pay by Bank
  • Billie (for business customers)
  • Swish

Payment is due at the time of order. Orders are processed only after successful payment.

4. Order Process and Confirmation

  1. You select products and proceed to checkout.
  2. You provide delivery details and complete payment.
  3. You receive an order confirmation email.
  4. We verify product availability with our supplier.
  5. We confirm availability and dispatch your order.
  6. You receive shipping confirmation with tracking details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all EU member states. Estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days from payment and availability confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving goods. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

7. Warranty and Liability

All products come with the statutory 2-year legal guarantee under EU law. If a product is defective within this period, you may request repair, replacement, or a refund. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. VAT and Tax

PreisDepot OÜ is a VAT-registered company in Estonia (VAT number: EE102872246). Prices displayed include Estonian VAT (20%) for B2C sales. Business customers in other EU countries may be eligible for intra-EU VAT exemption — please contact us before placing your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on go4shop.eu, including images, text, and logos, is the property of PreisDepot OÜ or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. For disputes, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve issues amicably. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
