How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and check the order status under “Orders”.
What are your delivery times?
Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM.
How do I return a product?
Email us at info@go4shop.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll send return instructions and organise the process for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and all payment methods supported by Mollie. All transactions are SSL-secured.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we deliver within Latvia only. We plan to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
