The Balay 3EB965LR is an induction hob designed to deliver efficiency and precision in cooking, with a 60 cm width that fits standard spaces perfectly. This hob features 3 cooking zones of different sizes: a giant 28 cm zone, a medium 21 cm zone, and a small 15 cm zone, all equipped with the Sprint® (boost) function to quickly reach a maximum power of up to 7400 W, with an individual maximum power of 2600 W. Its black surface combined with stainless steel finishes provides durability and an elegant design, making it easy to integrate into any modern kitchen. Control is via an intuitive touch control with 17 power levels per zone, allowing very precise heat adjustment according to the dish’s needs. It also includes multiple features aimed at improving safety and convenience during use: automatic shut-off to prevent forgetting, child lock with permanent or temporary options, a two-level residual heat indicator (H/h) that warns when the surface remains hot, and a silent mode to disable sound alerts.
