1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Under EU consumer rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement sent to: support@go4shop.eu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Condition of Returned Items<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Clean and free from signs of wear, pet hair, or smoke.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Note: We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In accordance with our policy, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs<\/strong>. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not accept returns sent with “Cash on Delivery” (COD) charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
